Resignation condition:

- Personel orders:
  

    1-6 days:reservation may be calcelled before two days to arrival,have to pay the first night of the accomodation.

    7-21days:reservation may be cancelled two days to arrival,have to pay the first 2 nights of accomodation.

    Longer than 21 days: reservation may be cancelled two days to arrival,have to pay the first 7 nights of accomodation.

 

- Group orders:
    29-8 prior to arrival. days in case of cancellation between the ordered 50% of the lodging,
    7 days prior to arrival, cancellation within the ordered lodging at the Hotel is entitled to 100% charged.
